Can I use BRND points redemption codes with order discounts or sales?

No, you cannot combine BRND points with another discount code. This includes any sales available on our site as well as BRND points redemption codes. If you try to use two discount codes on the same order, one will replace the other.

My points don’t appear to be updated?

BRND points can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please ensure you are logged into your account while conducting any rewards actions. If your points do not appear within 48 hours, please send an email to

Do my BRND points expire?

BRND points will not expire as long as your account has been active within the past 12 months. An active account is an account that has made a purchase, collected at least one point or redeemed points within the past 12 months. If your BRND account is inactive for 12 months, all accumulated BRND points will be forfeited.

I have two BRND points accounts, can I merge the two together?

I made a review but did not receive any points?

Only verified reviews qualify to earn points. Verified reviews are automatically done through the Shopify platform. In order for your review to be verified, you must purchase the product directly from our store and review directly through the automated email or use the same email used for purchase when leaving a review on the site.

What happens to my points when I return a item?

When you return an item for which BRND points were awarded, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Will I still get BRND points on a purchase if I paid using BRND points?

No, you cannot earn points on the BRND points redemption portion of a transaction. However, if applicable, you can earn BRND points on the remaining pre-tax balance of eligible products after you have redeemed your points.
