Q: When are local deliveries made?

A: Local deliveries are made Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm. If you have a preferred delivery time, please leave a delivery window in the comment section. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail with your tracking included. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note shipping time may vary depending on location, shipment method and shipping delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Q: Will my order incur any additional charges?

Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws. Customs policies vary widely,  please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

PAYMENTS

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Sezzle, PayBright & PayPal. 

Additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is not CAD dollars.

If you select Cash On Delivery (COD), please note we must receive full payment via e-transfer to hello@bhndthebrnd.com, prior to delivery.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Refund request: In order to receive a refund, after delivery has occurred, the buyer will have 5 calendar days to submit a refund request for returns, exchanges or partial refunds. 

Q: What is needed to request a refund:  

A: Let us know what happened (product damaged, missing, wrong item received), send us a picture, include your order number and name.  If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please give us 3-7 business days to get back to you with a decision, we appreciate your patience.

Q: I need to cancel an order 
A: If a customer reaches out to us prior to an order being processed, we may be able to cancel the order and refund the total costs to the original method of payment. Please reach out to us to request an order cancellation.  Attach your order number or a screenshot of your order along with your name, phone number and email used to place the order.  

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order? 
A: Please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@Bhndthebrnd.com. Please put your order number and name in the subject line.
